What is CXO21?

CXO21 is the result of an ongoing research effort involving input from C-level executives of leading organizations to better understand the requirements and expectations of today’s executives and the organizations they lead.

The research has consisted of five key complementary focus areas – each targeting specific global leadership roles:

CFO21, CPO21, CIO21, SBU21 and CEO21. Collectively this is known to our firm as CXO21.

The CXO21 executive development approach delivers an interactive, research based, tightly integrated suite of strategic leadership development offerings designed to enhance individual, functional and organizational performance. CEO21 Explores the changing role of CEOs and how external and internal factors may contribute to or inhibit effective leadership on both personal and professional dimensions

SHAZ KHAN

Shaz Khan served as a Senior Partner with Deloitte Consulting LLP specializing in Strategy and General Management with a proven ability to anticipate, innovate, and accelerate across a spectrum of disciplines to enhance business/organizational performance. Areas of expertise include business/finance strategy, intelligence, digital evolution, AI, robotics, talent strategy, organizational design and diagnosis, culture development, change leadership and operating model strategy. He possesses a global perspective built on deep geographic and marketplace knowledge. With more than 30 years of executive experience in the high-tech, manufacturing, distribution/logistics, healthcare, and telecommunications industries, along with significant government agency engagements, including the US Department of the Navy. Shaz brings a multi-dimensional perspective and wealth of experience across business and government entities.

JOSH KHAN

Josh is an experienced leader of innovation and digitalization across multiple industries. Most recently, he has held the title of “Director – Product, Business Development and Supply Chain” for a rapidly-scaling Longevity Telemedicine startup. Prior to his current role, he held the title of “Global Digital Transformation Program Manager” for an 8.1 Billion dollar Fortune 500 automotive company. As a graduate of The University of Michigan system, and previous start-up CEO, Mr. Khan has experience and versatility rarely seen to manage the complexities across multiple industries and enterprise sizes.  With his unique approach, entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative attitude, he has helped companies accomplish new breakthroughs in Additive Manufacturing, eCommerce, Process Engineering, Crowdsourcing, Social/Digital Media Strategy, IoT and Data Analytics.
